[mythtv-users] mythgame logs?

Hello All - 
I finally got around to trying out MythGame this week.  I used apt-get
to get MAME, and it works great.  I put all the appropriate locations
into Myth, and apparently it's having trouble starting mame.  Myth can
list my roms just fine, but if I select any of them - nothing happens. 
Nothing at all.  Not a sausage.

It's a bit tricky searching forums when you don't have an error message
to work with.  I've tried, but no luck there.  mythbackend doesn't log
anything when I have this problem, and I'm not sure where else to look! 
Can anyone point me to the MythGame logs, or offer some advice as to how
to find out where MythGame is going wrong?

For reference, I'm a Fedora Core 1 man, who installed with Jarod's
excellent howto.  Everything is apt-getted up to date.
