Or, to make it perhaps a bit simpler, open up the file /etc/apt/sources.list 
with your favorite text editor, whatever it is (as long as it's not a word 
processor) and add the line

rpm     http://apt.physik.fu-berlin.de fedora/1/en/i386 at-bleeding

to it. It's possible that the line is already there, but is commented out 
(that is, has a "#" in front of it). If that's the case, simply remove the 
"#"). When you're done, save the file, then run apt-get update.
