No, those numbers seem a bit high.  (XFree86, in particular)

With my Celeron 2.0GHz (significantly slower than P4), I see about 62% CPU
usage watching live TV at 720x480 with kerneldeint.
Around 3% of that is XFree86, the rest MythFrontend.

I'd guess that something's not configured right with your winischhofer sis
driver.
