My master backend had an uptime of right around 70 days before I finally got
around to upgrading the kernel (along with MythTV) last weekend. My secondary
system had consistent uptimes counted in hours while using the PVR-350's
TV-Out, but is back solid since I switched back to the GF4MX for TV-Out.

Hey, those penile enlargement infomercials *are* what I record! Oh, wait, I
mean... ;-)

The number of shows I record varies greatly by day of the week. Now that my
wife has figured out how to schedule stuff, I've got at least six shows a day
recorded just for my kid (Stanley, Clifford, The Wiggles and Bear in the Big
Blue House -- my boy is 16mo old =). Another 0-6 shows per day for mommy and
daddy, depending greatly on day of the week.

One of these days, I'll actually start using the shell script someone sent me,
which is used with irexec to make the power button on your remote kill the
frontend if its active, and launch it if it isn't.
