[mythtv-users] Database problems...deleted old one, now canot create

I had a database issue, so i was given a suggestion to delete my old database and reinstall it, i finally figured out how to delete the old mythconverg database, now when i go into mysql and show databases it just has mysql and test...however when i now try to do mysql -u root < mc.sql i get this
Error 1006 at Line 1:Can't create database 'mythconverg'. (errno:28)
I do not really get why this is happening...any ideas?
