Yes, it's a usb transceiver. There are connections for two emitters out
the back (i dont know where you can purchase an extra one from).

It's in CVS, it was added a few weeks ago. I dont have support for the
transmitters yet, and there is some debate as to what kind of support the
hardware provides. Ideally it will be able to transceive other remotes and
protocols besides just the included remote, but that still remains to be
seen.
