They've also been very specific about how they only collect aggregate
data. Every year this comes up somewhere like it's new news or
something. And Ethan, it'll never get subpoenaed because there's nothing
to subpoena. Unless the number of people who watched segment X of
channel Y would be of more use.
What ticks me off about Tivo is how the record their infomercials in the
middle of the night without my permission.
