As was mentioned, this is actually a bug in KHTML that has been fixed by
the guys at Apple.

Anyway, on this note, I finally got around to updating the mouseover
javascript code to the stuff I developed for work (so nice to work for
an OSS-friendly company).  It won't really function any differently, but
now has support for adding menus with clickable content
(pulldown-style), and the code is a little cleaner now that I understand
how the timeouts, etc work.
