the 350 has a tv out and decoder hardware for that output.  the 250
does not.  if you already have a video card/motherboard with tv out
you don't need to spend the extra money for the 350.  from discussions
on the list it seems easier (more worth your time) to purchase a video
card with a tv out instead of trying to get the 350 to work.  but
YMMV.
if you do pick up another video card with a tv out the nVidia cards
are highly recommended.
