This problem is still happening to me.  I have the latest rpms from
atrpms as of 2 days ago on fc2.  I have a pvr-250 and old bt878 wintv.
 i really havent been able to determine what is causing it, the only
things before in the log are ...

i was probably poking around mythweb(resorded programs) at that time,
i dont know if mythweb could cause it, i dont see any errors in
apache, except for a pass by refrence warning in program_listings.php
