I've had that message since day 1 of my HD-2000, over a year ago. 
Doesn't seem to hurt anything.

What *does* hurt is trying to use the latest released drivers, the ones 
that came out at the same time as the HD-3000 ones.  These are currently 
broken; you must use the older drivers.  Or wait for a fix, rumored to 
be this week or so.
