 	If you're using the TVOUT (NTSC or PAL) of the card, the modeline 
you generate will only be loosely related the picture you get out.  TVout 
chips resample "normal" resolutions (e.g. 800x600).

 	Need to know more to even give advice... NTSC? PAL? TVout? 
S-vid? SCART? ATI driver?
