That said, I'm still thinking it would be nice to have an
eaiser to use interface to the playlist database.  I think I've
figured out which part of the m3u2myth.pl program is failing,
but learning to read Perl is making my head hurt.

I've decided it would be easier to just write something from
scratch using Python.

Is there any documentation anywhere on the "layout" of the
database used by MythTv/MythMusic?
