It's a freestyle/MCE/OEM/rev-1 card (two ram chips, on a longer card than the
newer rev 2.  Try tuner 39; you may need a newer (or Chris Kennedy)
ivtv driver.  We've had good luck with 100z and we're banging on 105e
just now; no crashes yet.
