If you download the ivtv-0.1.10-pre2-ck105k.tar.gz you don't need to 
patch anything.  As a matter of fact, Chris has stopped creating the 
diffs because they are a lot larger than the tar.gz.

Anyway extract the tar.gz and cd driver and type 'make && make_install'
