	Looks like a simple apt-get dist-upgrade prior to running the 	apt-get
	install kde themere qt... command did the trick, the 	dist-upgrade
fixed
	the gtk+ issue.

Also make sure you have all the kde-redhat lines in your sources.list

ftp://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/fedora/1/stable
ftp://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/fedora/all/stable
ftp://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/1/stable
ftp://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/all/stable
