[mythtv-users] HDTV content locks up when changing channels

Well - I guess I should have left "well enough" alone.  Things are a bit worse then they were when I 
started to try to disable XvMC and go with watching ATSC content without it. 
 
I now have an issue with the latest CVS build (checked out as of tonight).  When I change channels (on the pcHDTV card) 
I'm getting the new channel for about 1 or 2 sec's then it locks up (picture remains but nothing else).   
 
The backend doesn't seem to be upset about anything.  This is what I see in the frontend STDOUT/STDERR: 
 
Any idea what's up?  I'm not sure if the "Unknown conversion" is an issue - perhaps not.  It's the "timed out" 
msgs I get over and over again while the ATSC signal is "stuck".
