[mythtv-users] Stutter issues with HDTV

I'm not sure how well the P4 2.6Ghz overclocks, but it may be worth a
shot to "see" if a few hundred extra Mhz will do the trick. If it works,
at least you know what is required, then you can decide to leave it
overclocked or go the safe route and just buy a faster processor.

I know with my Athlon 2400, I could do two recordings at once, but as
soon as I started to watch one of the recordings at the same time, it
pushed it over the edge. So I overclocked it a bit, got another 150mhz
or so which gave me just enough to do everything I needed. Its been
running stable like that for the last year now.
