Are you sure this is not a PAL / NTSC issue? The colour info is encoded differently, and when I put a NTSC signal into my PAL tv via compesite video, it gives me a black and white picture. It may be as simple as telling the card to output the correct signal (NTSC for usa/jap and PAL for europe/aust) g
