Yeah.  There was some issue with the global application of this rule 
screwing up browsing for some users (I think IE was applying it to the 
wrong images), so it became a local rule.  I could probably create a 
class now and just do <img class="enably_transparency"> or something 
like that.

Anyway, as I've stated before, if someone wants to write a mythweather 
module for mythweb, I'd be more than happy to commit the changes.

And if someone would like to make me some artwork to redo the title bar 
with little icons for each section (and preferably make it happier on 
smaller screens), I'd also accept it (although I might tweak it a little 
to fit my own UI tastes)
