It's not so much needing a controller for MythGame, but a controller for
the programs mythgame is a frontend for.  For example, MAME, or fceUltra.

As far as a controller, I built one using an i-pac from ultimarc.com, a
joystick and buttons from happscontrols.com and a box I built to house it
all.  You could also use a joystick.
