Athcool is a know offender with nForce2 boards. My nForce2 board 
(Chaintech 7NIF2) has been rock-solid since the day I got it (nearly a 
year ago now). I highly recommend nForce2 boards, there are just a few 
precautions you have to take.

I have one of these boards also (MSI KM4M-L). Those work too, but the 
onboard video is relatively crappy. The onboard features of the nForce2 
are better, primarily based on video. I ended up putting an AGP GF4MX 
on my KM400 board.
