[mythtv-users] About Assembling a MythTV Box

Hi,
    I am a newbie, trying to put together a MythTV box.
    Any input/advise would be great.

    Here's the configuration I am ordering:

    Asus Pundit HT-READY P4 Mini Barebone System Retail

    Hauppauge WinTV-PVR 350 - Input Adapter
        buy.com $166

    CPU: Intel Celeron 2.0GHz

    RAM: 512MB DDR-333 (PC-2700)

    Hard Drive: 7200rpm ATA/133 200GB Maxtor

    DVD Drive:

    Questions:
    - Do I need a CPU fan for the CPU in the pundit?
    - Are Seagates less noisy than the Maxtor above?
    - Is Celeron 2.0GHz good enough or should I prefer Pentiums?
    - Any other hardware I need to get for this? I believe a simple remote 
comes with the Hauppauge.
