[mythtv-users] MythTV, seeking ahead / behind, NFS, and bandwidth usage

Here is what hdparm -t on one of my partitions (500 gig) RAID 5

-t /dev/sda8

/dev/sda8:
 Timing buffered disk reads:  64 MB in  0.98 seconds = 65.31 MB/sec


I am using a 3ware Escalade controller with 8 x 120 gig drives in a raid 5
config, I am also using JFS File system
