[mythtv-users] Saa7134 card

I got new card with sa7130 chip on it is detected as card 21and goes to auto detect as Pal tuner 38 changed that to 39 and I can see snow only or green picture and get errorrs sometime as unable to read vbi .The card I got from e-bay so there is not even fcc number.
