[mythtv-users] DVD +r or -R which one works with more consumer DVD players (like APEX)

I am planning on buying NEC ND-2500A which is +/- unit.
I was wondering which media I should buy. + or -? Which one will work more with
consumer DVD players like APEX (I have APEX 1200 and whatever I will have with
the PC).
