Well, apt-get uses rpm underneath, as I understand it.

the files aren't there, and the mythtv rpms aren't installed. I'd give the
$ apt-get install mythtv-suite
command another go and see what it says.

rpm -qa | grep -i myth

Will show all myth rpms installed.
