A very short answer to a very short question:
Write your own tv_grab_* from/for the xmltv project. I did that and it 
basically involved "screen scraping" a html site. Took some hours.

In the end you need to fill mythtv's Mysql database with programming 
information. A tv_grap_* script for xmltv is the forwards-compatible way 
to go for that.
