I did everything via cvs, so...

 In my instance it is in /var/www/localhost/htdocs/mythweb/
Just place it into the root of the mythweb folder. It looks like you
will only need to edit the 3rd line to reflect your path to the htpasswd
file, you still need to create the htpasswd file though. Make sure you
uncomment the top few lines also.
