[mythtv-users] MP3Pro support

It plays in MythMusic, but it sounds crappy.
MythMusic is reporting them as 96kbps, 22.1kHz. The 96kbps is right, but
that 22.1kHz is painful to listen to!

Looks like I am gonna be re-recording a ton of CD's!

I seem to remember that one of the main points about MP3Pro was that it
was backwards-compatible and that any additional data would be ignored
by old players. Maybe that was only true for Fraunhofer's
implementations... =)
