[mythtv-users] Machine locks up when loading ivtv [fixed

It turned out that the Rev of the cards was Rev. 2 not 3. Therefore, I
found a link in one of mailing list posting to ivtv-0.1.10-pre2-ck05.tgz
which has the cardtype parameter. That fixed the ivtv driver loading and
I was able to continue with the install.
