Have a look at http://www.cardhouse.com/otto/
It's an excellent MP3 jukebox with a web frontend.
It'd be nuts to install MythTV just for the music ;)
(Mind you it does let you have the cool lightshow on the telly)
If you really want a simple install then download and run KnoppMyth
(http://mysettopbox.tv/knoppmyth.html) straight from the CD - no install
needed - really!!!
