[mythtv-users] OT: Nvidia card - black area at bottom of TV screen

All,

     I know this is off topic, but I thought that since there seem to be a lot
of people here running Nvidia cards, someone might know.  I have an Nvidia
GForce 440MX and with the standard settings (resolution doesn't matter), I end
up with a good bit of black space at the bottom of the screen (about an inch on
a 42" projection).  

    Does anyone know how to remedy this sitution?  It's not Mythtv specific as
this happens on a normal X session as well...
