Look into either water cooling or heat pipes.  You should be 
able to cool a Duron 900 with a heat pipe. 
www.tomshardware.com and various overclocker websites have 
lots of info on both cooling solutions.  Even if you aren't 
going to OC your system, using their techniques to achieve a 
quiet system is useful.

Search for "heat pipe" on google, about 1.5 million hits. :-)
