It might be as simple as re-running configure. Somehow lirc thinks your
kernel source should be in "/usr/src/linux-2.4.21-99"... You could also
just create a symlink that points to the proper directory i.e. "ln -s
/path/to/real/kernel-source /usr/src/linux-2.4.21-99"
