If you're going to use Pundit video out, get the 250 intead of the 350.
The 350's main advantage is its (hardware accelerated) video output.  If
you're not going to use that, save $50-$80 and get the cheaper 250.

Same as above.  Pick one TV output (pundit, 440mx, or pvr-350) and don't
bother buying the others.
