[mythtv-users] VGA Adapter or new VGA Card with TV Out?

I am considering making my old computer into a full PVR using MythTV. My 
old card is a Voodoo3 and I want to know whether I should try to buy a 
VGA adapter in order to use the computer with my TV or if I should buy a 
new video card with TV-OUT.

In either case, what recommendations can you make for VGA adapter or 
video card (with good Linux support of course and cheap if possible)?
