Thanks, I'm using 2.6.3 on Gentoo (yes I actually like it better, its
not just snob apeal). I'll turn local APIC off and see if that fixes it
also found Suttle released a firmware upgrade which "fixes some DDR
problems". Hopefully one will fix it.
