[mythtv-users] Display DVD menus, not just auto play

Still grabbing xine from apt (ugh!), but I think that I just pump that
long line into MythTV-Setup-DVD-Player and I am good.
We shall see!

You can also just use the gui to set your various options, save them to 
the config file,  and avoid the long command line.
