You'll have to provide more details than that.  Are you trying to cut
commercials or shrink the file?  Did you record as RT-JPEG or MPEG4, and
which one are you hoping to transcode to?  Are you transcoding
automatically (the check-box in recording settings) or by pressing X?

Or are you trying to export to DivX, VCD, SVCD, DVD, etc?

You should not ever use the 'mythtranscode' command directly.  To cut
commercials or shrink files, hit 'X' when viewing a recording.  To export
to another format, use 'nuvexport.'
