[mythtv-users] Building IVTV on ATrpms Kernel

Just in case anyone else is having the same problem... Using ivtv 0.1.9 with
a new patch released on the ivtv-dev mailing list to allow the 'CardType'
parameter, I was able to test capture video from both /video0 and /video1.
This is probably the best solution right now for those who have PVR-250 MCE
Rev2 cards.
Another quick question though, has there been any evidence that the
different chips (iTVC15 vs. iTVC16) result in a better picture? I'm just
curious as to the order I should set them up in MythTV.

That would be the problem then. You need to do that in /usr/src/linux-2.4,
not in /lib/modules/<kernel version>. And make sure /usr/src/linux-2.4
points to the right location, /usr/src/linux-2.4.22-etc
