did you go to zap2it.com to see if your provider changed?  have any of your
channel lineups changed recently?  zap2it seems to create a new database
entery (and thus, a new # associated with your provider) when info
changes... you have to rerun setup in myth (./setup--not the setup in the
frontend) and re-setup your provider .xmltv file when this happens.  have
you done this, to be sure its correct?

a few weeks ago i had a situation where the cron job suddenly stopped
working.... i never really noticed why or specifically when, but i assume it
was after a cvs upgrade.  the problem was easy to fix..  it was actually
running, but not as root anymore.  thus mythfilldatabase was looking for the
file in /root/.mythtv/ so i just copied it to the user it was running as and
it works now.  i don't think thats your problem, though:o)
