[mythtv-users] Scheduled recordings lock up during second show

I have mythtv 0.11 installed on Red Hat 9.0 with the most current
kernel and drivers. My system consists of:

MB: MSI KM2M Combo-L
CPU: Althon XP 1800+
RAM: 512MB PC133 SDRAM
HDD: 160GB 7200RPM Maxtor Diamond Max 9
Video: Jatron Geforce 2 MX440 64MB
Sound: Chaintech 6 Channel Sound Card Model AV515M
Capture Card: PVR-250

Whenever a program finishes recording and a second program starts
(weather it's back to back or sometime later), the recording locks up
(never at the same point) the font end shows that it is finished but the
backend still thinks it recording. I then have to stop the backend and
re-load the ivtv drivers at that point the backend records the next show
and then locks up at some point in the next one.
To check the hardware I installed Windows XP and Sage TV and set up 6
hours of programmed recording over night and it was still running in the
morning with all the recordings saved.
This was the second set of hardware that I have had myth set up on with
the same results. The only parts that were used in both systems is the
memory and the PVR-250
The only thing I can think of is that the new motherboard uses DDR or
SDRAM. I used SDRAM because I had it. Could this be the source of my
problem?

Thanks,
Mark
