[mythtv-users] Can only tune channels 5 and 6

I finally got my MythTV installation to the point where I can watch TV, but only channels 5 and 6. Any suggestions on how to fix this? I'm lost. Everything else just comes in snow. Here's my setup:
AMD Athlon 1700+
nVidia GeForce 4 MX 440 SE
onboard via82xx audio
WinTV PVR 250
512 MB PC133 RAM
(-- I will be adding a second WinTV capture card as soon as I get this running smoothly --)
