[mythtv-users] Any way to force-tune live tv?

Is there a reason you can't set it to record, and watch it as it records,
then when it's over, hit 'd' and delete the recording?
This is what I do, If you are watching TV it will prompt you theat it is
about to change the channels, and allow you to abort it.
