They don't I'm afraid.  I haven't heard of all of the v3 features, but 2 
tuners is a huge request.

So now you should feel better about having 2 tuners.. ;)  You will have a 
better machine than a TiVo..  for awhile.. still probably cheaper than what 
TiVo will eventually come up with.
