Yes, this should be possible if you run 2 X servers or 1 X server
w/Xinerama.  Keep in mind that you may encounter problems with window focus
and/or input device (mainly keyboard) focus.  Lots of people have had these
issues and the resolution seems to be very specific to your setup.  The
keyboard focus issue can probably be resolved by using the native LIRC
support for Myth so you don't have to rely on a keyboard there.

Bottom line: do-able, but possibly a PITA to configure
