Ok, I had already put the motherboard ground wire in and my BIOS is 
already the latest version but the capacitor is maybe something to try 
still.
What did work for me once was connecting the case to the ground of a 
wall socket, but it only worked if the wire was very short and my stereo 
and tv set are many meters away from the nearest grounded socket.
