[mythtv-users] nuvexport/transcode how long to convert?

I found a posting:

http://www.theorie.physik.uni-goettingen.de/pipermail/transcode-users/
2002-March/000977.html

That mentions some speed issues, and also a tag about splitting the
files up to fit on CD (when it runs too large)... To save me banging my
head on this, Chris do you know if this would work with your script? If
so, I can try to stick it in there...

Create a user profile and supply this when running tcmplex. Tp split
the output into several junks of 650MB size, add the following line:

 >>max_file_size = 650

 >>Then do the multiplexing like:
 >>$ tcmplex -i $FILENAME.m2v \ >-p $FILENAME.mpa \ >-o $FILENAME.mpg \
 >-m v -F ./profile.cfg

 >>*ONLY* have this line in the user profile during multiplexing and NOT
during transcoding (-F v,1,userprofile.cfg)! Otherwise the .m2v and
.mpa files will be split as well!
