[mythtv-users] No sound with Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-pci

I am trying to use MythTV with a Hauppauge WinTV-PVR-PCI card on Redhat
Linux 8.0 machine.

After searching the web, I found out I have to copy the firmware file to
/usr/lib/video4linux/hcwamc.rbf, which I did. I have not made any changes to
the kernel.

I then run xawtv to see if it is working. I get video, but no sound. I tried
plugging headphone directly to the tuner's line-out and I hear absolutely
nothing.
